At Carbon Clutch, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every steering wheel and airbag cover we produce is custom-built to order, and we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Please read our policy below.
In-Stock Returns
Non-customized, in-stock products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, uninstalled, in original condition and original packaging. Contact us before returning. Refunds go to the original payment method.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom-built wheels cannot be returned. If something is wrong with your wheel, it is handled under the 1-year warranty.
Damaged or Defective Items
60-Day Order Protection: if within 60 days of delivery your product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, does not match the specifications confirmed with you, or does not fit the vehicle we confirmed, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
