RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for choosing Carbon Clutch products. Please take a moment to review our returns policy, which has been carefully designed to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Cancellations:
- We regret to inform you that all orders cannot be canceled. This is due to the custom-built nature of our products.
Returns:
- If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days of receiving it, provided that it meets the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and exhibit no signs of wear and tear.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- Please note that returns are not accepted for steering wheel purchases with personalized logos or any special customizations.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued using the same form of payment that was used for the initial purchase.
- A 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, excluding shipping and handling fees.
- Labor costs, such as installation fees, are not included in the refund and are not the responsibility of Carbon Clutch.
- Any damage that occurs during installation is also not the responsibility of Carbon Clutch.
Labor:
- Labor costs (installation fees) are not included in the purchase price. We do not assume responsibility for any labor costs under any circumstances.
- Carbon Clutch is not responsible for any damage that occurs during installation.
Warranty Policy:
- We offer a 2-year manufacturer warranty on the carbon fiber finish of our steering wheels against heat cracks.
- Please note that this warranty is limited and excludes parts which, by their nature or use, are subject to normal wear or inevitable deterioration, such as Leather, Alcantara, and painted plain weave carbon fiber fade.
