Every custom order is made specifically for your vehicle and confirmed design. After you place your order, the Real Carbon Clutch team personally confirms your vehicle's year, make, model and important fitment details with you before production begins.

Production does not start until this confirmation is complete.

No. A photograph is not required to place your order. If your vehicle or configuration needs it, we may ask for a photograph of your original steering wheel during the confirmation process.

We confirm your year, make, model and trim. Depending on the vehicle and configuration, we may also request your VIN or a photograph of your original steering wheel and its controls. We only ask for what is needed to confirm your build.

In most applications your original OEM airbag module, buttons and paddle shifters transfer to the new steering wheel.

Side-grip options typically include leather and soft-touch materials such as Alcantara or suede style grips, depending on the application. Available materials and current prices are shown in the configurator.

Gloss and matte carbon-fiber finishes are available, along with additional weaves and patterns on many applications. The finishes available for your wheel are shown in the configurator.

Yes. Stitching colors and center-stripe options can be selected in the configurator, and we confirm your full design with you before production.

LED shift lights are available for many applications. Compatibility depends on your vehicle, so our team confirms it with you before production begins. Available upgrades and current prices are shown in the configurator.

Factory heating can be retained on many vehicles, depending on the model and configuration. Our team confirms heating compatibility with you before production. If a heating upgrade applies to your build, it is shown in the configurator.

Yes. On supported applications you can add a carbon-fiber airbag cover and custom logo options. Availability is shown in the configurator, and we confirm the details with you before production.

Yes. You can include Special Instructions with your order and share reference images with our team. We review them with you during the confirmation process before anything is built.

Third-party installment options such as Sezzle appear at checkout when available for your order. Any such option is separate from the Real Carbon Clutch 40% Deposit and has its own eligibility requirements and terms set by the provider.

Yes. Because installation involves the steering wheel and the airbag system, we recommend professional installation by a qualified technician.

On many vehicles factory heating can remain functional, depending on the model and selected configuration. Our team confirms this with you before production.

When an airbag cover is correctly installed by a qualified installer, it is designed not to interfere with the factory airbag system. Vehicles differ, so we do not guarantee that a warning light will never appear.

60-Day Order Protection: if within 60 days of delivery your product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, does not match the specifications confirmed with you, or does not fit the vehicle we confirmed, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Not covered: misuse, accident damage, improper installation, and normal wear.

Cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full deposit refund. After 24 hours, cancellation is no longer possible and the deposit is non-refundable. Change requests may be accommodated until production begins; once production begins, the order is final.

Custom-built wheels cannot be returned. If something is wrong with your wheel, it is handled under the 1-year warranty.
