Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

All orders CAN NOT be canceled, due to the fact they are all custom built. 

 

This is a returns policy for Carbon Clutch products. Please note that all orders are custom built and cannot be cancelled once placed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days of receiving it, provided that it is unused, shows no wear and tear, and is in its original packaging. Please note that returns are not accepted for steering wheel purchases with personalized logos or any special customizations.

Refunds will be issued using the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase, minus a 50% restocking fee, which excludes shipping and handling fees. Please note that labor costs, such as installation fees, are not included in the refund and are not the responsibility of Carbon Clutch. Any damage that occurs during installation is also not the responsibility of Carbon Clutch.

• Labor(installation fee) is not included. We are not responsible for any labor cost under any circumstances.
• We are not responsible for any damage occurred during installation

Warranty Policy

• 2 year manufacturer warranty on steering wheel carbon fiber finish against heat cracks. Warranty is limited and does exclude parts which, by their nature or use, are subject to normal wear, or inevitable deterioration (Leather, Alcantara, painted plain weave carbon fiber fade)
