RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for choosing Carbon Clutch. Please review our returns policy below.

Cancellations:

• Because every wheel is custom-built to your specifications, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
• That does not mean you are ever stuck: if there is any problem with your order - a defect, damage in shipping, or a fitment issue - we will fix it or send you a replacement.

Returns:

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it, provided that: the product is unused, shows no signs of wear or installation, and is in its original packaging.
• Returns are not accepted for steering wheels with personalized logos or special one-off customizations.

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• A 50% restocking fee applies to returns of custom-built products, excluding shipping and handling fees. This reflects the cost of building a wheel to your exact specifications.
• Labor costs (such as installation fees) are not refundable and are not the responsibility of Carbon Clutch.
• Any damage that occurs during installation is not the responsibility of Carbon Clutch.

Warranty:

• Every wheel includes a 1-year warranty covering the carbon fiber finish, materials, and workmanship.
• If a product arrives defective or damaged, we will repair it or send a replacement at no cost to you.
• Normal wear of grip materials (leather, Alcantara) from regular use is not covered.

100% Fitment Guarantee:

• We confirm your exact vehicle specifications with you personally before we build. If your wheel does not fit the vehicle we confirmed, we will make it right at no cost to you.
