To be eligible for a refund, the item must be new, unused, show no signs of wear and tear, and be in its original packaging. You may return the item by mail.

Please note that there is a 50% restocking fee that excludes shipping and handling. The refund will be issued in the same form as the payment originally used for the purchase.

However, please be aware that we do not offer a return and refund policy for steering wheel orders that have custom options such as top strap color, stitching color, colored carbon fiber, and personalized logo service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but due to the customization of these products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
