RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Carbon Clutch, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every steering wheel and airbag cover we produce is custom-built to order, and we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Please read our policy below.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with no signs of installation, wear, or damage.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before shipping your return — contact us at info@realcarbonclutch.com to initiate the process.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Because each product is hand-crafted to your exact specifications, orders with personalized logos, custom color combinations, or special customizations are final sale and cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no charge.

Order Cancellations

Due to the custom-built nature of our products, production begins immediately after your order is placed. Cancellations can be accommodated within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order is already in production and cannot be canceled. Please contact us immediately at info@realcarbonclutch.com or call +1 (800) 684-0450 if you need to make changes.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@realcarbonclutch.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
