Order Protection, Returns & Warranty

Thank you for choosing Real Carbon Clutch. Every custom product is handcrafted specifically for your vehicle and your selected design.

Before production begins, our team personally confirms your vehicle, fitment, and important customization details. You will always have the opportunity to review these specifications before we begin building your order.

Custom Orders

Once you confirm your vehicle, fitment, and customization specifications, your custom order becomes final and production begins.

Because your product is made specifically for you, a confirmed custom order cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned because of a change of mind.

You are never stuck with a problem, however. If anything is not right with your order, contact us and we will take care of it.

60-Day Order Protection

Your custom order is protected for 60 days after delivery. Please contact us if your product:

• Arrives damaged
• Has a manufacturing defect
• Does not match the specifications confirmed with you
• Does not fit the vehicle that Real Carbon Clutch confirmed

Our team will work with you until the confirmed issue is fully resolved. Depending on the problem, we will provide the necessary repair or replacement at no extra cost. If an approved claim requires a replacement, the replacement and related shipping are provided at no extra charge.

We may request photographs, videos, vehicle information, or installation details. This helps our team understand the issue and provide the correct solution as quickly as possible.

Our Make-It-Right Promise

We stand behind every product we build.

If there is a confirmed problem with your order, our team will arrange the necessary repair or replacement and stay in contact with you until everything is right.

You will not be charged for an approved repair, replacement, or the related shipping costs.

In-Stock Products

Non-customized, in-stock products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

• Unused
• Uninstalled
• In their original condition
• In their original packaging

Please contact Real Carbon Clutch before returning an item. After an eligible in-stock return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom-made, personalized, or installed products are protected by our repair and replacement promise and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

One-Year Manufacturer Warranty

Every Real Carbon Clutch steering wheel includes a one-year limited manufacturing warranty covering:

• Carbon-fiber finish
• Materials
• Stitching
• Manufacturing workmanship

If a covered manufacturing problem occurs, we will arrange the necessary repair or replacement at no extra cost.

The manufacturing warranty does not cover normal wear, accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, incorrect installation, or damage caused during installation.

100% Fitment Guarantee

We personally confirm your vehicle and steering-wheel specifications before production. If the product does not fit the vehicle information that Real Carbon Clutch confirmed, we will correct the problem at no extra cost and work with you until everything is right.
