Every Real Carbon Clutch steering wheel is built for a specific vehicle application. After ordering, our team confirms your vehicle's year, make, model and important fitment details before production begins. We may request your VIN or a photograph of your original steering wheel when needed. Do not have everything available while ordering? That is okay. We can help you confirm it afterward. Production will not begin until the required fitment information is confirmed.

Your original OEM airbag module normally transfers to the new steering wheel and is not included unless the product page specifically states otherwise. Buttons, paddle shifters, heating and other factory functions depend on the vehicle and selected configuration. Our team confirms compatibility before production. Professional installation is recommended for work involving the steering wheel or airbag system.

Every custom steering wheel is made to order. Ships in 3–4 weeks; complex builds may take 4–6 weeks. In-stock wheels ship in 3–5 days. Tracking information is emailed after the order ships.

You can choose Pay in Full or start your custom build with a 40% Deposit. Your 40% deposit is calculated on your full order, including upgrades. The remaining 60% is due when your steering wheel is completed and before shipping, and is collected securely through our payment provider.

Yes. Real Carbon Clutch includes free tracked worldwide shipping. Tracking information is emailed after the order ships. Customs duties and import taxes charged by the destination country are not included.

Installation requirements depend on the vehicle and selected configuration. The original airbag module, buttons and applicable factory components may need to be transferred to the new steering wheel. Because installation involves the steering wheel and airbag system, professional installation is recommended. Our support team is available if your installer needs product-related assistance.

Do not worry. We will help resolve confirmed product problems. Your order includes 60-Day Order Protection and a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects only. If the product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, does not match the specifications we confirmed or does not fit the vehicle we approved, Real Carbon Clutch will provide the remedy stated in the applicable policy at no extra cost. Our team will work with you until the confirmed issue is resolved.

Need to change something? Contact us before production begins. We confirm your vehicle, fitment and customization specifications before building the order. Cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full deposit refund. After 24 hours, cancellation is no longer possible and the deposit is non-refundable. Change requests may be accommodated until production begins; once production begins, the order is final.
